Over the past 6 years, my family has fallen in love with Rock Hall, the "Pearl of the Chesapeake."
It started as a weekend destination for us to relax and get away, and now we are lucky to call it home.
Settled in 1706 and with a current population of less than 1500, Rock Hall is a charming waterfront village on the Chesapeake Bay.
Local watermen and their families have worked the bay for generations.
And even more than that, Rock Hall offers our family simplicity, beauty and adventure in the close knit community we were in search of.
