Berry picking is satisfying in so many ways.
It doesn’t get any better than spending a couple of hours outside on a beautiful spring morning with my sweet little family.
Walking up and down the rows and rows of strawberries. Getting our knees dirty as we kneel to pick each bright red strawberry. Staining red our hands as we pick and our chins as we sample. Listening to my daughter declare that “These strawberries are so much juicier than the ones at Giant!” Teaching my son to pick the red ones, not the white or light pink ones.
This is what childhood memories are made of.
Now that we're in Rock Hall full time, I'm excited about the adventures we have ahead of us as we take in everything that beautiful Kent County has to offer. There will be so many stories and, of course, plenty of pictures. Click here to follow along.
